What would be the best ship for mining and how long will it take to get the required skills to do so, (or is there a ship that can do both very well)

Sniper i know you have all ready told me that its the hulk (or atleast i thought it was the hulk) but i want to know (if thats not the best) what is and how long it will take for me to get the mining barge or ship
Currently mining skills:
Industry 2
Mining 4
Refining 4 (no alternate refining skills ex: veldspar or scordite)


Also i would like to know what type of ship is the best a doing missions aswell as (of course) how long all of the skill training will take and which skills are required.

Amarr Frig: 4
(ill put more when i actually know them)

lol skittles sup, for mining, the best mining ship to get is the hulk but that needs

astrology 5
science 4
spaceship command 4
mining barge 5
exhumer 3 <- this skill alone is 25.2 million isk

and to buy the hulk is between 98-102 million isk.


the best type of ships for missions are as follows

level 1 missions - frigates
level 2 missions - cruisers
level 3 missions - battlecruisers
level 4 missions - battleships
level 5 missions - capital ships and a group of ships.

with you doing level 1 missions with amarr, the best mission ship for you would be a punisher fitted with a damage control 1.

heres the skills you would want to operate and use the punisher for good damage.

controlled bursts 4
rapid firing 4
sharpshooter 4
small energy turret 5
surgical strike 3
trajectory analysis 3
weapons upgrade 3

and for good defense with the punisher, get these skills
